INTEGRITY’S STORY
OUR ROOTS – Integrity Group’s origins trace back 30+ years with building custom homes. As the vision grew, brothers John and Steve Delin partnered together to form Integrity Group.
HUMBLE BEGINNINGS – Integrity Group started off as a small, family-owned and family-operated, home-based business at a place our team endearingly refers to as “The Ranch”. As our team expanded, so did the need for more space! Although we rented out additional work trailers at The Ranch to make use of every inch of space available, we soon found that doubling our staff size nearly every year led to running out of elbow room quickly. It was time to seek a different location to call home.
ROANOKE, TX – OUR NEW HOMETOWN – Integrity’s long-time involvement in Roanoke’s city growth projects made it simple to pick this location as our future home office. We submitted plans, we got approved, and we built! In late 2017, the entire Integrity team relocated to our new home office down in Roanoke, TX. We continue to remain an active member of the area’s development and are excited about its continued growth, as well as being a part of the astonishing growth all around the Fort Worth/Dallas metroplex.
WHAT WE DO
Over the years, Integrity’s specializations have expanded within the areas of commercial construction, residential construction, & land development. We offer 3rd party general contracting services or the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex (and beyond), as well as focus on developing and building our own internal projects, one of which being our Ladera Active Adult 55+ communities.

The versatility we bring to the community allows us to be adaptable and flexible to the needs of our customers. Our early beginnings as a small family business serve as a daily reminder to stay humble and be diligent with not only our own budgets, but also those of our customers and stakeholders.
Among our construction specialties, we are most proud of the relationships we have developed (and continue to develop) with great leaders throughout the DFW area.
